Wifi at Bayside Expo Center

Bayside Expo Center is fully wired for Wireless Internet capabilities throughout our facility, for all of our Exhibitors. There are (2) ways to access this service.

1. Laptop w/Wireless Internet Card: If your laptop or computer already has a wireless internet card you need to order nothing prior to your arrival at the show. Once you arrive onsite and set up, click on your internet explorer icon. The wireless card will automatically find the connection and you will be walked through a series of steps to connect. At that time you will enter your credit card information and will be charged $9.95 per day.

2 . No Wireless Internet Card: If your laptop does not have a wireless card, you will need to rent a Bridge from Bayside. Please fill out the Wifi order form (below). Fax or mail it to Bayside Expo Center with a credit card or check, be sure to include your booth number, the charge for a bridge rental is $4.95 per day. We will reserve a Bridge for you and will assist with installation as needed. Once the bridge is set up, click on your internet explorer, you be walked through a series of steps to connect. At that time you will enter your credit card information and will be charged $9.95 per day. The most Wifi at Bayside will cost is $14.90, for standard service.
